New Killzone Mercenary Trailer: It’s Pay for Pain

A new Russian trailer for Guerrilla Games' PlayStation Vita title Killzone Mercenary has arrived showing business is booming in the Helghast war economy.

Set for release on September 17, Killzone Mercenary will bring another of Sony's key exclusive to the Vita. Though the handheld has been suffering from some growing pains, 2013 has so far been a relatively strong year for the device, with more good times seemingly ahead.

While this isn't the first time Sony and Guerrilla have taken Killzone on the go, it is the first time the Vita will be getting a AAA first-person shooter. Yes, we're aware there was a Call of Duty game on the Vita. It was terrible, so no, it doesn't count. A lot of the focus so far this year has been on indie titles coming to the Vita, but now that E3 is just around the corner, we can expect to see even more promising portables from Sony's catalog.
