Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 Pre-orders Unlock Cloud’s Outfit

We probably won't see a Final Fantasy 7 HD remake any time soon, but we'll get pretty close with Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13. How, you ask? Well, pre-ordering the game will net you Cloud's outfit and Buster Sword.

How's that for a mini-victory? Reserving the game will ensure that you score Cloud Strife's SOLDIER 1st Class Uniform and his iconic Buster Sword. Not only will Lightning get to cosplay as one of gaming's enduring icons, but she'll also get his Soldier's Band, Finishing Animation and Victory Fanfare. We all need a little more sword-spinning in our lives, right?

Sadly, we don't know if we'll get Cloud's Wall Market outfit for Lightning, but we can dream. The game will be released on Feb. 11, 2014 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Let us know if you'll be pre-ordering it so that Lightning can play dress-up.
