Bumpy though it may have been to get there, 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.''s recent Marvel casting coups got us excited for ABC's 'Avengers'-adjacent series all over again as we wait for its February 4 return episode, "T.R.A.C.K.S." The first clip from the new installment has arrived with plenty of danger on a train, but is Mike Peterson, aka our new Deathlok anywhere to be found among the action?

Nope! Though we don't yet know how J. August Richards' cyborg character will return in the upcoming 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' installment, the first sneak peek of "T.R.A.C.K.S." does see a bit of hearty action as Agent Ward takes on enemy operatives from inside a cramped train car. Meanwhile, here's what 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.''s press line had to say of the "T.R.A.C.K.S." ahead:

"T.R.A.C.K.S.:" - Hot on the trail of the Clairvoyant, Coulson and his team board a mystery train that seems to be headed for certain death, on "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," Tuesday, February 4 (8:00-9:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Guest starring are David Conrad as Ian Quinn, Carlo Rota as Luca Russo, T.J. Ramini as Mancini, Ludwig Manukian as the Conductor, Emily Baldoni as Sofia, and a special cameo appearance by Stan Lee.

Of course, however Deathlok and Bill Paxton wind up incorporated into the story, fans will also have Jaimie Alexander's Lady Sif to get excited for in the coming weeks, as the 'Thor' character arrives to Earth to hunt down Lorelei, as portrayed by 'Smallville' vet Elena Satine.

In the meantime, check out a sneak peek of 'Agents' February return above, and tell us in the comments what you want to see when S.H.I.E.L.D. lays down "T.R.A.C.K.S."!
