Yesterday brought these delightful words from Hugh Jackman about a theoretical 'Wolverine' and 'Avengers' crossover: "I would love to mix it up with Robert Downey Jr. and Iron Man and kick his ass. It’d be great." 'Nuff said, right? But would you want to see these worlds collide?

Naturally, this is just loose talk coming from Mr. Jackman, who made the comments on the set of 'The Wolverine'. As far as we know, there is no plan to do anything of the sort, especially since 20th Century Fox still owns the rights to the Wolverine character, as well as the rest of the X-Men. (And as we know, the relationship between Fox and Marvel may be under a bit of a strain right now.)

But the actor's thoughts certainly resonate: Why don't these companies come together, legal specifics be damned! All parties would ultimately benefit financially, and the possibilities would be endless.

So do you think 'Wolverine' should enter the world of 'The Avengers', or do you prefer the characters to stay in their own separate franchises? Vote in our poll and comment below!
