There's a long-ish line of directors who look exactly like the on-screen stars -- the one that immediately comes to mind is Damon Lindelof and Joey Lawrence from 'Blossom.' Now, we've stumbled on another pair after the news broke that 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' found its director... for the second time.

At first it was supposed to be Rupert Wyatt, the same guy who directed 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes,' but Matt Reeves of 'Cloverfield' fame will be helming the project, and that's not (all of) what we're excited about.

Reeves looks like the long-lost brother of 'Dark Knight Rises' and 'Lawless' star Gary Oldman. The glasses, the tousled hair, the facial scruff in all the same places... The similarities are there; it's just a matter of allowing yourself to see them.
