Are you ready for the Michelle Pfeiffer-issance? You better get ready because she’s joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After Marvel Studios’ panel at San Diego Comic-Con kicked off on Saturday night, Michael Pena and Paul Rudd revealed Pfeiffer was joining the Ant-Man sequel as Janet Van Dyne, a.k.a. the original Wasp. Van Dyne is the wife of Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and mother of Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly). Kevin Feige took the stage to reveal the actress was their first choice for the role:

That’s not all, though. Laurence Fishburne will also join The Ant-Man and the Wasp as Dr. Bill Foster, a superhero in the comics who becomes a second Giant-Man:

Peyton Reed will return to direct the sequel with a script by Rudd and Gabriel Ferrari. Walton Goggins, Randall Park, and Hannah John-Kamen (Black Mirror) will also star in the film, alongside returning cast Rudd, Lilly, T.I., and Douglas. The Ant-Man and the Wasp hits theaters on July 6, 2018.
