Apart from a few early photos, the first teaser for NBC's miniseries remake of iconic horror staple 'Rosemary's Baby' proved criminally brief, nothing more than moving graphics and a baby's cry. Now, the first teaser trailer brings us to Paris with real footage of the Zoe Saldana-Patrick J. Adams starring drama, where unholy fear is born anew.

There isn't terribly too much to see beyond a few shots of the lovebirds, and a creepy sense of dread as Zoe's Rosemary starts noticing something wrong with her body. Elsewhere in the remake miniseries, ‘Awake’ star and 'Harry Potter' baddie Jason Isaacs will play villainous neighbor and warlock/coven-leader Roman Castevet, with ‘Suits‘ star Patrick J. Adams playing Rosemary’s husband, Guy.

Apart from shifting the New York setting to Paris, the four-hour NBC remake will otherwise follow the 1968 film’s plot of a young couple who struggle to become pregnant before the resulting conception drives Rosemary to increased paranoia toward her husband and the neighbors’ intentions for the child. Scott Abbott and James Wong (‘The X-Files,’ ‘American Horror Story‘) wrote the screenplay for the four-hour reboot, while Agnieszka Holland (‘Treme‘) directs.

We still don't have an official premiere date, but take a look at the first 'Rosemary's Baby' footage in the trailer above, and tell us what you want to see from the horror remake miniseries in the comments!
