"Fighting" is certainly the theme of the new 'Red Dawn' TV spot we have here. Chris Hemsworth says it a couple of times, as does the text. And it makes plenty of sense; this is, after all, a movie where a handful of All-American kids save the nation from an invading foreign army. So fighting is a must.

While the movie certainly looks action-packed and entertaining, it enters the home stretch boasting a lot of baggage: It's a remake (never really popular), it has been sitting on a shelf for years thanks to MGM's financial woes (it went into production in September 2009) and, most controversially, it made a drastic change well after completion to its villains, switching their nationality from Chinese to North Korean. It shall be interesting to see how this factors - if at all - into 'Red Dawn's' box office haul.

In the Dan Bradley film, starring Chris Hemsworth, Josh HutchersonJosh Peck, Adrianne Palicki and Jeffrey Dead Morgan, a city in Washington state awakens to the surreal sight of foreign paratroopers dropping from the sky -- shockingly, the U.S. has been invaded and their hometown is the initial target. Quickly and without warning, the citizens find themselves prisoners and their town under enemy occupation. Determined to fight back, a group of young patriots seek refuge in the surrounding woods, training and reorganizing themselves into a guerilla group of fighters.
