Get set to defend your local arcade from the hordes of the undead, because Plants vs. Zombies: The Last Stand is coming your way soon.

As long as arcades are still a thing, we've pretty much pushed back the apocalypse. And now SEGA and PopCap Games are teaming up to bring Plants vs. Zombies to the arcade scene, putting you in control of a Peashooter and letting you go to town on the encroaching hordes.

The game will be unveiled at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Expo 2013, which will be held from Nov. 19 through Nov. 22 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

While there are scant details available about the arcade game and the machine itself, Sega Amusements has confirmed there will be a ticket redemption option. So train up your aiming skills and get ready to shoot down some zombies as a Peashooter.

We'll update you on this game as more information is made available during IAAPA 2013.
