Two of our most cherished comedic talents and former SNL stars are reuniting on the big screen: Amy Poehler will play hilarious wife to Will Ferrell’s hilarious husband in the upcoming gambling comedy The House. So if you’ve been ‘shipping the idea of these two crazy kids in a relationship with each other since their days on SNL, you’re about to have your wish granted, kind of.

Per THR, Poehler is in talks to join The House, the new comedy from Neighbors writers Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. Cohen will direct the film, which is being produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay through their Gary Sanchez productions.

The House stars Ferrell and Poehler as a married couple who make the dire mistake of losing all the money in their daughter’s college trust fund. In an effort to quickly recoup the loss, they team up with some of their suburban neighbors to start an illegal gambling den in their basement.

Poehler can be seen (or heard, rather) next in Pixar’s Inside Out, which hits theaters on June 19, followed by Sisters, the new comedy co-starring Tina Fey, which arrives on December 18. Ferrell stars with Kristen Wiig in the satirical Lifetime film A Deadly Adoption, hitting the small screen on June 20.
