Proteus Brings the Indie Adventures to PlayStation This Fall

Curve Studios

We all know by now how indie-friendly the PlayStation platform is, so it's no surprise that Curve Studios will be bringing Ed Key and David Kanaga's Proteus to the PlayStation Network this fall.

The game is a procedurally-generated adventure that takes place on pristine island. You'll have to explore and take in all of the sights, sounds and different locales as you make your way through the island. The game lasts for four seasons, but even then, you might not be able to see all it has to offer.

While there aren't a lot of details available about the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions, it's been confirmed that it will be a Cross Buy and that Curve Studios is working with Key in order to make these console versions even better than the original.

Let us know what you think of this port and whether or not you'd want to play an enhanced version of Proteus.
