Rainbow 6: Patriots Pre-orders Disappear from GameStop’s Database

This might not come as a surprise since the game's subject matter is of a clandestine nature, but all of the pre-orders for Rainbow 6: Patriots have mysteriously vanished from GameStop's system.

According to IGN, the upcoming Tom Clancy game from Ubisoft has been removed and is no longer available for pre-order with GameStop, though it seems to still be listed on other online retailers such as Amazon, at least as of this writing.

With regard to the mysterious delisting, Ubisoft responded to IGN and said, "We have nothing further to share about Rainbow 6: Patriots at this time."

Whether or not this means the game might be cancelled, moved to next generation platforms, or be seen at this year's E3 is yet to be determined, but we'll update you as soon as more information about this title is released.
