As if yesterday's trailer for 'Looper' wasn't enough, Rian Johnson has now done a commentary for the trailer to offer notes on the film, which stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis and Emily Blunt. He speaks to the make up and the world building. Check it out....

The trailer is pretty winning on its own, but it's nice to hear Johnson talk about the movie a little more. He wants people to see Gordon-Levitt at greater length because he's really in love with the actor's take on playing a young Bruce Willis. As Bruce has been a familiar face since the mid-80's, audiences know him well, so it will be interesting to see how long it takes to settle into the performance.

He also talks about how it was a conscious decision to not include much of Blunt's role in this first trailer. This seems smart as right now the best thing to do is get the premise across. 'Looper' doesn't come out until September 28, but it's now begun the press deluging. The film had test screenings last year, and word out of them was that Johnson hit it out of the park, though it was obviously still rough. What do you think?
