For the past few years Robin Williams has been keeping a relatively low profile on the acting scene. He's popped up a couple of times in random movies like the 'Happy Feet' franchise, but the seasoned actor hasn't really been pushing himself in front of the camera until now.

Robin Williams signed on for two pictures that will be shooting throughout the remainder of the year. The first movie he's taking on is 'The Butler' as he adds himself onto the spectacular cast which includes Forest Whittaker, John Cusack, Oprah Winfrey, Alan Rickman, Jane Fonda and many more, reports Variety. The film focuses on a White House servant named Eugene Allen who worked for several families throughout the duration of his job. Robin Williams will be playing president Dwight D. Eisenhower.

The next picture is 'The Angriest Man in Brooklyn,' a title which is somewhat self-explanatory. The film centers on a stand-in doctor (Mila Kunis) who accidentally tells an annoying patient (Williams) that he has ninety minutes to live. From there she has to chase him across town in order to make up for her mistake and try to prevent him from causing all sorts of havoc. The rest of the cast for this picture includes Peter Dinklage, Melissa Leo and James Earl Jones. Both of these films sound like they could be amazing... in their own ways.
