Saints Row 4 Gameplay Earns a Presidential Pardon for Awesomeness

What happens when aliens invade the planet Earth, and the only salvation is the United States of America's President, who just so happens to be a member of the Saints? A lot of cursing, shooting and more cursing.

Volition is definitely not holding back with Saints Row 4. After ramping up the crazy and cool during the last two sequels, the only place left to take the action and insanity was right into the Oval Office. The gameplay demo above is a bit of what was shown off during E3 2013, and reveals some more pertinent details about the game's story.

We also get a better look at some of the new races, abilities and weapons in the game. Though we were disappointed back when Enter the Dominatrix was shelved in favor of making Saints Row 4 better, we're now fully on board with the decision. Saints Row 4's Aug. 20 release date can't get here fast enough.
