'SNL' has gone through an insane amount of changes. With series regulars Kristen Wiig, Abby Elliott and Andy Samberg replaced by three newbies, and Fred Armisen's famous Barack Obama impression getting handed over to Jay Pharoah, audiences are looking for some sense of normalcy. What better way to give them this than through the first promos for the newest season?

Not to long ago, it was announced that 'Family Guy' and 'American Dad' creator Seth MacFarlane would be hosting the season 38 premiere of 'SNL,' and now we have some video footage of him in action. We have faith that he'll give us at least a few laughs during the episode, airing this Saturday, September 15, but Kenan Thompson pointed out a potential week point -- comedic flashbacks are not allowed.

This episode also marks the 'SNL' debuts of newcomers Aidy Bryant, Tim Robinson and Cecily Strong, all of whom are trained in the ways of Chicago's Second City. Also to look forward to are the future hosting gigs of 'The Dark Knight Rises' star Joseph Gordon-Levitt and real-life James Bond Daniel Craig, who are taking over 'SNL' on September 22 and 29 respectively.

Check out the 'SNL' promos featuring Seth MacFarlane below. Do you think he'll pull off a decent, if not amazing season premiere? Or will his hosting skills fall flat?
