'SNL' Sets Woody Harrelson to Host with Kendrick Lamar

As if we hadn't seen 'The Hunger Games' or 'True Detective' mocked enough, 'SNL' will take an official turn with one of the major stars. Woody Harrelson has been reaped from the existing pool of victors to host 'SNL' a third time later on in November, with fellow repeat star and musical guest Kendrick Lamar.

'SNL' announced Harrelson's hosting during the bizarre Chris Rock-hosted episode, clarifying that the long-running NBC sketch comedy series would sit out November 8, and return on November 15 with Harrelson and Lamar in tow. Harrelson had previously hosted the series in 1989 and 1992, while Lamar appeared with Adam Levine in 2013.

'True Detective' season 1 star Harrelson will no doubt look to promote the release of 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1' on November 21 (both Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson hosted in 2013), while Lamar most likely has his third studio album dropping later this year.

Well, what do we think? 'SNL' has been a bit uneven in its 40th anniversary season, but will an old war horse like Woody Harrelson right the ship? How likely are we to see some Rustin Cohle impressions? Tell us who you want to see hosting 'SNL' this season after Woody Harrelson and Kendrick Lamar's turn on November 15!
