Sonic: Lost World Footage Leaked

New leaked gameplay footage for Sonic: Lost World shows the Blue Blur doing what he does best and zipping around different worlds and collecting rings. It’s nothing you’ve never seen before. Or is it?

The footage first shows us Sonic running around what looks to be an ancient temple, running up walls and using some of his new powers to turn into a red bird. The next area is a very green, jungle-like region in which Sonic dashes along what appears to be a railway and large tree trunks.

Some of the footage may give you vertigo, since it looks as if Sonic is running vertically rather than horizontally, but it’s a cool effect and certainly seems to add to the excitement.

Watch the footage above, courtesy of AllGamesBeta, and let us know what you think about Sonic Lost World so far. The game will be released on Wii U and 3DS on Oct. 22 in North America.
