Just over a week before FX's 'Sons of Anarchy' roars out its final panel at Comic-Con 2014, season 7 at last has an official premiere date. SAMCRO will fly straight for 105 total minutes when 'Sons of Anarchy' season 7 premieres this September, with a special airing of the "Anarchy Afterword" talk show to follow on FX.

From FX, 'Sons of Anarchy' will air its seventh and final season premiere on Tuesday, September 9, with an extended running time of 1 hour and 45 minutes total. Immediately after will see the rare live FX airing of "Anarchy Afterword," hosted by 'Chelsea Lately''s Chris Franjola. An installment of the 'Talking Dead'-esque show will also air on FX following the series finale.

Elsewhere on ‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 7, we know that the premiere will pick up at most a few weeks removed from the events of season 6 finale “A Mother’s Work,” while series creator Kurt Sutter has confirmed the returns of Walton Goggins' Venus Van Dam, CCH Pounder’s DA Tyne Patterson, Peter Weller’s Charlie Barosky, and ‘Deadwood’ star Kim Dickens as Diosa madame Collette.

Shock rocker Marilyn Manson will guest as an incarcerated white supremacist (likely contributing to the soundtrack as well), while ‘The Bridge‘ star Annabeth Gish will act as the new Charming sheriff and Courtney Love has been given a "pivotal" role. Additionally, series stars David Labrava and Niko Nicatera have been upped to series regular for the final year.
