Just yesterday, FX officially shored up its 'Sons of Anarchy' plans for Comic-Con 2013, but with the new season set to arrive this fall, SAMCRO fans are eager for another fix of the hard-hitting biker drama. Enter the 'Sons of Anarchy' season 5 Blu-ray and home release, now with full details on the Aug. 27 release and special features!

Available for pre-book on Jul. 31, the 'Sons of Anarchy' season 5 Blu-ray will take viewers even deeper into Jax Teller's SAMCRO world, as the weary club leader steps up to the throne to lead his motorcycling brothers for the very first time. Of course, Clay's machinations never stop, even from the shadows, while Gemma struggles to keep her family together and past sins come to haunt SAMCRO like never before.

Along with the Aug. 27 release, 'Sons of Anarchy' fans will find included with the season 5 home release deleted scenes and commentary on season premiere "Sovereign" from series creator Kurt Sutter, executive producer Paris Barclay, and stars Katey Sagal, Maggie Siff and Dayton Callie. You'll also find a gag reel, featurettes for Opie Winston, "Kurt Sutter: Creating Anarchy," a "Fan Concert at The Club House," and commentary on "Darthy" from director Peter Weller.

We'll be on hand for 'Sons of Anarchy''s season 6 panel at Comic-Con in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, check out the Blu-ray and DVD artwork for 'Sons of Anarchy' season 5 below, and pre-order your copy for the Aug. 27 release!
