While we very, very patiently await the full trailer for Spectre, the production has been keeping us occupied with photos and video blogs from the set, for which we should all be very, very grateful. The latest video update focuses on the classy, shiny (and very expensive) cars from the film, as well as the exciting chase sequences — because what is a Bond film without a good ol’ fashioned chase?

The scene director Sam Mendes is shooting in the video features a chase involving two expensive, customized vehicles: the Aston Martin DB10 and the Jaguar C-X75. Wrestler-turned-actor Dave Bautista, who plays the villainous Mr. Hinx (which sounds like a really cute name for a kitty cat), talks a bit about the scene: “the hero of the film, Mr. Hinx, is chasing his evil nemesis, James Bond.” It’s pretty awesome that Bautista views himself as the protagonist in this situation, and that’s a great perspective for an actor to take when playing the villain.

In SPECTRE, a cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE. Sam Mendes returns to direct SPECTRE, with Daniel Craig reprising his role as 007 for the fourth time. SPECTRE is produced by Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, from a script by John Logan and Neal Purvis & Robert Wade.

Spectre features Daniel Craig reprising his role as James Bond, alongside fellow returning cast members Ben Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes and Naomie Harris. Newcomers include Monica Bellucci, Christoph Waltz and Lea Seydoux. Spectre hits theaters on November 6.
