We’ve seen a lot from Star Wars: The Force Awakens in recent weeks, including TV spots (so many!), images, new character details and more. Disney has really been ramping up the marketing for the highly-anticipated new installment in the classic saga — not that we need much convincing. Offering a refreshing change of promotional pace, the studio has unveiled three awesome retro posters that will tug that those ol’ nostalgia strings in your heart, just in case Chewie didn’t do that enough already.

The retro-style posters debuted over at IGN, evoking the classic posters displayed in theaters back in 1977 in anticipation of the release of A New Hope. “Coming to Your Galaxy This Summer” was the line on the first teaser poster, mimicked here with “Coming to Your Galaxy This Winter.” Then there’s the classic “A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away,” which is similar to the second official poster for A New Hope. And finally, the third one bears the tagline “The Force is calling to you. Just let it in” — the style of that poster is evocative of a street poster that read “An entertainment odyssey to the edge of your imagination. And beyond.” (Hat tip to iO9 for digging up the original versions.)
