With the inclusion of Joker, Harley Quinn and Deadshot, along with rumors of Batman’s involvement in Suicide Squad, it stands to reason that we might see a certain criminal facility pop up in David Ayer’s upcoming film. The director has validated those suspicions, teasing a trip to Arkham Asylum, where we’ll likely see Batman’s foes incarcerated.

We know that government agent Amanda Waller will set out to recruit some dubious characters to build the Suicide Squad team, and what better place to recruit these morally questionable, villainous types than a criminal lockdown facility? Joker and Harley Quinn are frequent residents of Arkham Asylum, the notorious facility that’s incarcerated many of Batman’s villains over the years, and if you assumed (or hoped) that we might see Arkham in Suicide Squad, it seems you were correct.

Suicide Squad, to tease a visit to the famed location:

“Every detail matters,” Ayer says, giving us a glimpse of record books kept at Arkham, detailing patient treatment, progress and assessments. This is probably where we’ll find Joker, and perhaps even Harley Quinn at the outset of the film.

Suicide Squad stars Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller.

The film hits theaters on August 5, 2016.
