'Supernatural' Sneak Peek: Sam and Dean Become "Captives," Castiel Faces BartholomewKevin Fitzpatrick |
We haven't heard much from The CW's 'Supernatural' since its official season 10 renewal, along with news that potential spinoff 'Supernatural: Tribes' had begun casting its leads, but Sam and Dean will return to the monster beat in next Tuesday's all-new "Captives." The first photos and clip have arrived, but why does Castiel seem to be taking center stage?
While Sam and Dean deal with an apparent haunting at the Men of Letters base (as well as Snooki, for some unholy reason), Castiel gets the major spotlight in our latest "Captives" photos, having been captured and brought before the renegade angel Bartholomew. Meanwhile, in the first clip from the hour above, Dean fails to raise Crowley over the phone, giving Sam an idea as to why.
Here's what The CW had to say of next Tuesday's "Captives":
THE BUNKER IS HAUNTED — Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are stunned to discover the Men of Letters’ bunker is haunted. Their investigation leads them to a storage facility where the demons have been keeping a prize possession. Meanwhile, Castiel (Misha Collins) is captured by Bartholomew (guest star Adam Harrington).
Your guess is as good as ours what Snooki has to do with it all, but in the meantime, check out the "Captives" clip above and photos below, and tell us what you want to see from 'Supernatural''s February return in the comments!
