A few weeks ago gave us our first real look at 'Supernatural' season 10 as Demon Dean sang and drank his way through the newest trailer, but why stop there? Get an eyeful of the new season with our first clip from October 7 premiere "Black," as Sam goes pretty well on the dark side to hunt down his demonized brother!

Dean must have really left season 9 finale "Do You Believe in Miracles" in a hurry, judging by the ferocity with which Sam tortures a demon in the first season 10 clip. Meanwhile, we know "Deanmon" has been howling at the moon with Crowley, and Castiel continues to fade from his stolen grace, forming a uniquely human bond with the angelic Hannah (Erica Carroll) that gets in the way of his helping to track down Dean.

But wait, there's more! We've also learned from executive producers Jeremy Carver and Bob Singer that 'Supernatural' season 10 will feature a female buddy cop episode in the style of 'The Heat,' as well as an Agatha Christie-'Clue' mashup. And while Felicia Day's Charlie will definitively return at some point, might Osric Chau's late Kevin Tran and Alaina Huffman's Abaddon return from the grave?

Here's what The CW had to say of 'Supernatural' season 10, premiering October 7:

Season 10 begins with Sam’s frantic search for his missing brother, who is gone without a trace. The road to recovering the wayward Dean takes Sam down dark paths, with consequences that will shake the boys to their core. Meanwhile, Castiel has to pick up the pieces in the aftermath of Metatron's campaign. With his grace failing and rogue angels still on the loose, Cass will face the ticking clock of his own mortality as all-new threats emerge to once again push all of our heroes to their limits.
