'Supernatural' season 10 had been lagging behind 'Arrow' and other such fall CW series for promotion of its new episodes, but no longer! "Deanmon" is on full display in the first trailer for 'Supernatural' season 10, as Sam races across the country to find his bad boy brother, and no strip club nor karaoke joint are safe.

Courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, our first real look at 'Supernatural' season 10 sees the demonic Dean embracing his new status after season 9 finale "Do You Believe in Miracles," unleashing his dark side and wilder impulses while conspiring with Crowley (newly-minted series regular Mark Sheppard). An arm-slingin' Sam manages to get a hold of Dean at some point in the Men of Letters base, presumably with Castiel's help, though Dean quickly breaks free and puts on his best Jack Torrance to fire back "I like the disease!"

Meanwhile, here's what The CW had to say of 'Supernatural' season 10, premiering October 7:

Season 10 begins with Sam’s frantic search for his missing brother, who is gone without a trace. The road to recovering the wayward Dean takes Sam down dark paths, with consequences that will shake the boys to their core. Meanwhile, Castiel has to pick up the pieces in the aftermath of Metatron's campaign. With his grace failing and rogue angels still on the loose, Cass will face the ticking clock of his own mortality as all-new threats emerge to once again push all of our heroes to their limits.
