While game development budgets are usually kept rather secretive, a new report indicates Disney may have spent upwards of $100 million in the creation and development of Disney Infinity.
Former Sony engineer, Seijiro Tomito, won a lawsuit against Nintendo in March. The company was supposed to pay him $30 million for having infringed upon his patent for technology that allows for 3D images without the need for 3D glasses. The amount of the payout was changed on Wednesday.
