Earlier today CBS broke word that its Limitless TV series would feature Bradley Cooper in a supporting role reprised from the film, and B-Coops is all over the full upfront 2015 trailer. Get Limitless with a new look at the series, along with the first photos from midseason’s Rush Hour reboot!

CBS’ announcement and pickup of its Limitless TV series came with the unsurprising attachment that original film star Bradley Cooper would pitch in as executive producer. Now however, we’ve learned not only that Cooper will appear in the pilot, but also that the Guardians of the Galaxy star will even recur from time to time, picking up his role from the film.

The dial of Upfronts 2015 has officially landed on CBS, and of six new dramas ordered, a few should feel plenty familiar to fans. Not only has the long-gestating Rush Hour reboot been greenlit to series, so too has the network’s adaptation of Bradley Cooper intelligence thriller Limitless.

It was recently reported that Bradley Cooper has been looking to make his directorial debut, and although it was rumored that his first project would be Honeymoon With Harry, Cooper’s first film might be something different — and a little more exciting. Cooper is eyeing the long-gestating remake of A Star Is Born featuring none other than Queen Beyoncé herself.

Swept up in the ever whirling wind of movie-TV reboots was Bradley Cooper’s 2011 thriller Limitless, and the CBS adaptation has officially found a new man to pop some smart pills. Cooper’s own American Sniper war buddy Jake McDorman will step in as the new leading man of CBS’ Limitless, 10% of his brain and all.

A few key members of the SNL cast and crew must love “The Californians” because the much-derided sketch was brought back to life for the show’s star-studded 40th anniversary special. For those of us who have always enjoyed this bizarre sketch (and there are about three of us), it’s a welcome return and we will greedily drink up the angry tears of everyone else.

Just when you thought Sunday’s SNL 40th anniversary special couldn’t get any bigger, NBC juices both the runtime and star power. Not only will the extravagant birthday of New York’s most famous sketch comedy series run an additional half hour, but added to the guest list are Billy Crystal and Bradley Cooper, along with a number of other famous stars and alum.

When we compiled our most anticipated movies of 2015 here at ScreenCrush, I fought hard to include Cameron Crowe’s new movie ‘Aloha.’ True, ‘Elizabethtown’ was sort of a disaster (about a disaster, so it was thematically appropriate, if hugely disappointing), and ‘We Bought a Zoo’ wasn’t a whole lot better, but after ‘Jerry Maguire’ and ‘Almost Famous,’ I just refuse to give up hope that this guy will find his way back to that genius he’s shown repeatedly throughout his career.

Amid all the major blockbusters and new superhero movies we’re excited about this year, there’s one film we’re looking forward to that’s a little different: Cameron Crowe’s latest film which stars Bradley Cooper and Emma Stone, and was previously operating under “Untitled Hawaiian Project” during production. Crowe’s latest effort, which hits theaters in late spring, has now been given the appropriate title of ‘Aloha.’
