Now that Rogue One has everyone (rightly) fawning over Mads Mikkelsen again, it’s worth wondering where Bryan Fuller stands on a fourth season of Hannibal, given his tightening schedule of late. A new interview sees the former showrunner clarifying the characters and format of a potential revival, which could explore Silence of the Lambs after all.

Mads Mikkelsen has always been good at playing bad. He’s turned human organs into dinner party delicacies, whipped a naked Daniel Craig with a giant rope, and tortured by Rihanna for his infidelities. Now the Danish actor can add one more evil deed to his acting resume: creator of the Death Star.

We’ve seen some of our favorite movie stars appear in the trailers for our most anticipated video games recently — Call of Duty, for example, has seen Kit Harington, Chris Evans, Cala Delevingne, and Michael Phelps take up a gun or two. Now, the gaming world’s favorite dad Hideo Kojima has unveiled the trailer for his new game Death Stranding, starring none other than Guillermo del Toro and Mads Mikkelsen.

Back when the individual Rogue One character posters were first released, there was a noted absence. Yes, Darth Vader, obviously, but Jyn Erso’s father was also left out of the bunch. Even Ben Mendelsohn’s Director Krennic — who is, besides Vader, the big villain of this movie — got his own poster. But now Mads Mikkelsen finally gets his spot in the sun, as a new poster of Galen Erso surfaced online today during that Rogue One Twitter event.

The most common knock against Marvel’s cinematic universe: All their movies look the same. In a mega-franchise spanning 14 films and counting, that look can get pretty stale. For the most part, these movies about bravery are pretty timid when it comes to visual storytelling.

The onslaught of Doctor Strange promotional materials continued today with more set visit info, more teases, and more character posters like the ones below, which feature Tilda Swinton, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Mads Mikkelsen careening through a kaleidoscopic multiverse of New York Cities. These are the sorcerers of Kamar-Taj, the remote Tibetan home of the Ancient One (Swinton) and her disciplines in the matters of the macabre and the magical.

Marvel’s decision to cast a white woman in the role of an Asian character has been just one of many threads in the theme of Hollywood whitewashing this year. In the upcoming ‘Doctor Strange,’ Tilda Swinton will play the Ancient One, originally an Asian character in the comic books. Now Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and ‘Doctor Strange’ director Scott Derrickson have chimed in about their reasons for casting Swinton, and how they might be trying to make up for that by tweaking another role.

We know quite a bit about Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (and we’re learning more every day), but there’s one thing that remains a bit mysterious: Galen, the character played by Mads Mikkelsen. We got our first — and only — glimpse of Galen during Star Wars Celebration Europe, but he’s yet to appear in any of the trailers for the upcoming anthology film and all we’ve had to go on until now is a rumor about how he figures into the story. In news that’s hardly shocking, there’s quite a bit of truth to that rumor after all.

You don’t have to wait for Captain America: Civil War to hit Blu-ray in order to enjoy the special features, like this sneak peek at Doctor Strange. The featurette, which includes new footage and concept art, takes a closer look at Tilda Swinton’s Ancient One, Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Mordo (Karl Mordo, actually) and the crew of baddies led by Mads Mikkelsen’s Kaecilius — who looks a little less severe here than the version we’ve seen in the trailers.

Following yesterday’s reveal of two images from Doctor Strange, Marvel has revealed even more new photos from the Sorcerer Supreme’s upcoming solo film. And while the gallery above features several stills of Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, you’ll also find some new sneak peeks at Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Baron Mordo and Mads Mikkelsen’s villainous Kaecilius, as well as our first good look at Benedict Wong as Wong. Oh, and there’s plenty of those mind-bending, Inception-style landscape shots, too.
