'Monsters University,' the prequel to the hit Pixar movie 'Monsters, Inc.,' is ready to take us back to where Mike and Sulley first met and learned their scaring techniques. In anticipation of its June 21 premiere, Disney and Pixar have kicked off the viral marketing with an official-looking college website, and now the promotions are continuing with a video message from the Dean.

Some Pixar sequels are good ('Toy Story 2' and '3' come to mind), but then there's 'Cars 2.' But a new featurette gives us a little more information about the plot, and yeah, it sounds a little bit like 'Revenge of the Nerds.'

With college football bowl games happening now, Pixar has made an ad for their college-themed film 'Monsters University' and unleashed it during the games. It's the sort of clever ad that gives hope that the prequel to 'Monsters, Inc.' has a couple tricks up its sleeve.

'Monsters Inc.' is already considered something of a modern animated classic and if you never saw the Pixar film in theaters, you'll get another chance this weekend as 'Monsters Inc.' is returning to theaters in another dimension. 'Monsters University' is Pixar's first foray into the prequel game, which of course focuses on the early days of those beloved scarers Mike Wazowski and James "Sully" Sullivan.
