Jay-Z and Ron Howard. Not the most natural of collaborations, but then again, neither artist has ever limited himself to one particular field or focus. The two, along with Howard's longtime producing partner Brian Grazer, are set to meld minds and talents for a documentary revolving around Jay-Z's 'Budweiser Made in America' music festival, which takes place September 1-2 in Philadelphia.

Yeah. That does sound awesome.

After Universal passed on the Akiva Goldsman and Brian Grazer produced adaptation of Stephen King's 'The Dark Tower' due to budget worries, the fate of the three films (supplemented with two TV miniseries) seemed unclear. Even with names like Javier Bardem (as hero Roland Deschain) and Ron Howard attached, Universal passed. But could the film adaptation get a second chance?
