Michael Bay played footsies for a while with doing more 'Transformers' movies, but has signed up for a fourth film, because... well, money. Lots and lots of it. Bay earned $80 Million from the first film (which is the lowest grossing film of the franchise), and gets 8% of the merchandising money, so it's safe to assume that he makes over $100 Million a sequel. But it looks like he's bringing in a new lead.

We're already well aware that 'Transformers 4' is going to be something of a reboot of the insanely successful franchise. His third ‘Transformers’ movie was going to be his last, but he’s returning for an as-yet-untitled 'Transformers 4,' and in a recent interview, Bay dropped a few hints as to what fans can expect.

Back right before 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' came out, director Michael Bay said several times that he wasn't going to touch the Autobots or the Decepticons ever again once the trilogy was completed. Well, the trilogy is done and here we are on the heels of yet another Michael Bay 'Transformers' movie. But that's not the big news.
