Tonight's new episode of 'American Horror Story: Coven' is a bit of a step down from last week's premiere episode. In "Boy Parts," Zoe and Madison try to bring Kyle back from the dead in a riff on the classic Frankenstein story, while Fiona continues her mission to acquire the power of immortal youth, and Cordelia reluctantly uses witchcraft to play God.

We have finally emerged from the dark period of torrid vampire and werewolf teen romances, and the dark days of 'Twilight' appear to be behind us. The new (old) thing is all about witches, a uniquely female character trait that provides both societal commentary and a whole lot of dark fun. Witches are back and kicking ass, and they're making women on TV very interesting.
At long last, 'American Horror Story: Coven' pulled back the curtain on its season 3 premiere "Bitchcraft," unleashing all kinds of new horrors on its FX audience. Along with the witchy premiere comes a brand-new full-length trailer for the season (no more teasers!), as well as the inside scoop on what characters will return, die gruesome deaths, or just plain listen to Stevie Nicks! Are you ready to join 'American Horror Story: Coven'?
The season premiere of 'American Horror Story: Coven' wastes absolutely zero time getting into the sort of wacky, gruesome, utterly insane stuff we've come to know and love from the series. This time around, as the title implies, there's a whole lot of witchery going on, and we've got Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett and Emma Roberts along for the ride. From the opening scenes, "Bitchcraft" lets us know that 'American Horror Story' is definitely, definitely back.
Though iconic star Jessica Lange remains at the center of the 'American Horror Story' franchise, soon to unfurl its third iteration with tonight's 'Coven' premiere, is the writing already on the wall for season 4? Series creator Ryan Murphy has revealed that Lange will indeed likely return for the next 'American Horror Story,' and already has a role in mind for the new premise.
We're just days away from 'American Horror Story: Coven' conjuring up its dark premiere, the first footage of which has already surfaced, but could the FX horror-drama have the potential to spawn a companion series spinoff, despite changing its setting each year? What season 4 ideas will be previewed with the coming year? Creator Ryan Murphy weighs in, and the results may surprise you.
'American Horror Story: Coven' surprised us a few weeks back with a new season 3 teaser that revealed actual footage, as opposed to the nonsensical daily teasers, and now they've conjured up our best look yet. Kathy Bates' misery-able side is on full display in the latest trailer for 'American Horror Story: Coven,' along with some seriously scary beasts, and some witchy wonders to come!
'American Horror Story: Coven''s witchy premiere, "Bitchcraft," will conjure its presence on FX in just one week's time, but rather than another ludicrous teaser, why not some actual photos and information on the season? Ryan Murphy's drama recently managed to scare up just that, along with a handy guide to the actual New Orleans voodoo that dominates the season!
With 'American Horror Story: Coven' set to premiere next Wednesday on October 9, you'd think FX could at least wait a few days before forcing up our lunches again. The latest batch of teasers for the Ryan Murphy horror-drama's third year suggest that we might see some even wilder creatures than with 'Asylum,' and, ugh, why do all the latest 'Coven' teasers have to keep putting wild animals in our mouths?
Despite the official footage and cast portraits making their way online, 'American Horror Story: Coven' won't rest until near of every teaser, title and motion poster has us at our most queasy. The FX horror-drama fronted by 'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy has released yet another round of pinning and hair-raising teasers, which you might not want to eat before watching.
