As 'Anchorman 2' has begun shooting, casting is now filling in quite nicely, and on top of the core five of Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, David Koechner, and Christina Applegate, and new additions Kristen Wiig and James Marsden, now Meagan Good and Dylan Baker have officially joined the cast.

'Anchorman 2' is about to begin filming in Atlanta so you can expect to start hearing more and more casting updates as the shoot begins. First up: longtime Will Ferrell co-star John C. Reilly has joined the 'Anchorman 2' cast.

San Diego looks like it might get even classier. A rumor is swirling that the Adam McKay sequel, 'Anchorman 2,' has brought aboard The Limey himself, Terence Stamp, to star alongside Will Ferrell and the gang in 'The Legend Continues.' But if it's true, what role could Stamp possibly take on? Though they're still working on script, and should start filming shortly  - even after releasing a teaser this summer - we only have a small inkling of what's in store for us when 'Anchorman: The Legend Continues' hits theaters next year. But now the picture has a release date, and it means only one thing: Will Ferrell is gunning for an Oscar.

Now that Kristen Wiig has left 'Saturday Night Live,' we know she's been working on some of her own projects after her huge success with 'Bridesmaids.' But what might be the next project she signs up for is exciting: She could be playing Brick Tamland's love interest in 'Anchorman: The Legend Continues.'

Though 'Anchorman 2' isn't due out until sometime next year, and shooting has yet to commence, the script is being worked on and writer/director Adam McKay was out promoting something else when the sequel came up. He dropped some nuggets about the film, including that it's likely to have at least one musical number.

Though the Channel Four news team has been reunited in trailer, and all four leads are signed on, there was no word if Christina Applegate's Veronica Corningstone was scheduled to appear in 'Anchorman 2.' Worry no more, she's now confirmed to return to the series.
