by Kevin Fitzpatrick October 23, 2015 @ 6:34 PM
We’re starting to see movie-TV adaptations with lower and lower success rates, though where some end up only trimmed (for now), CBS’ Limitless will live up to its name just a bit more. The network has granted a full season extension to its sequel adaptation of Bradley Cooper’s 2011 film, using 100% of its brain power for the foreseeable future.

20th Century Fox
Whatever you do, never speak on behalf of Jennifer Lawrence. Seriously, don’t do it. Girl’s got a shotgun. In the latest trailer for David O. Russell’s Joy, we get a longer look at the Lawrence-led family drama, and a really great line courtesy of Robert De Niro.

Inspired by Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper Will Now Share His Wage Info With Female Co-Stars

Jennifer Lawrence made headlines this past week (as she usually does, for many delightful reasons) for penning an essay in Lena Dunham’s Lenny newsletter about the gender wage gap in Hollywood. Lawrence wasn’t the first (nor will she be the last) to speak up about the disparity, and she received vocal support from a handful of actors, including her American Hustle co-star Bradley Cooper. Cooper isn’t content to just talk about the problem — he’s actually trying to do something about it.

Oscar Nominee Bradley Cooper to Voice a Talking Dog

by Charles Bramesco October 16, 2015 @ 10:51 AM
In the thick of a varied career that’s brought him multiple Academy Award nominations, Bradley Cooper has nearly found a role he can really sink his canines into. The respected actor of dramatic and comedic roles, who has collaborated with such fine filmmakers as Derek Cianfrance, David O. Russell, and Clint Eastwood, is in talk to lend his vocal stylings to some sort of Buddhist dog in an upcoming adaptation of the popular novel A Dog’s Purpose. Written in 2010 by W. Bruce Cameron, A Dog’s Purpose tracks the journey of a single canine as it passes in and out of several different lives, searching for its truest purpose in life with each new reincarnation.

‘Burnt’ Trailer: Bradley Cooper Is Your Unfriendly Neighborhood Self-Destructive Chef

by Jacob Hall August 13, 2015 @ 9:39 AM
You’ve got to give credit where credit is due. A decade ago, Bradley Cooper was playing smarmy villains in lowbrow comedies. Now, he’s one of the biggest movie stars in the world. You don’t get there by accident – you get there by being smart about the films you take on. So if Bradley Cooper wants to play a disgraced chef attempting a comeback, we’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. The Burnt trailer looks fine enough.

‘Burnt’ Teaser: Bradley Cooper Does the Disgraced Chef Thing

by Britt Hayes August 10, 2015 @ 8:20 PM
If the title Burnt means nothing to you, then perhaps you remember a project titled The Chef, or maybe Adam Jones, which was the most recent title of the upcoming drama starring Bradley Cooper. The first teaser has arrived via The Today Show, but hopefully we’ll have a more formal trailer release soon.

‘Wet Hot American Summer’ (Re) Introduces the Staff in New Promo and Key Art

by Kevin Fitzpatrick July 16, 2015 @ 9:10 AM
Sure, the cast of Wet Hot American Summer may have made themselves known back in 2001, and you’ve potentially heard of a few of them during the intervening 14 years, but what better way to prepare for the First Day of Camp than to meet them all again, a decade olde .. er, a summer younger?

‘Joy’ Trailer: Jennifer Lawrence and David O. Russell’s Next Oscar Contender

by Matt Singer July 15, 2015 @ 8:39 AM
The first time Jennifer Lawrence teamed with writer/director David O. Russell, they made Silver Linings Playbook, and she won an Oscar. The second time they teamed together they made American Hustle, and she was nominated for another Oscar. Now they’ve got Joy, yet another prestige drama coming out in December. Looks like they’re going for the trifecta.

Comic-Con 2015: CBS ‘Limitless’ Brings Bradley Cooper Back to TV

by Kevin Fitzpatrick July 9, 2015 @ 5:45 PM
It can be difficult to wrap your mind around Limitless, a movie that semi-rebooted itself to TV, keeping the same general continuity while still having nothing “Comic-Con” about it, but a dose of NZT will make everything clear. Find out what CBS’ forthcoming Limitless TV series revealed from Comic-Con, and what we’ll see from the series this fall!
