The girls of Broad City will stick around through at least 2018, thanks to Comedy Central’s early renewals, but that hasn’t made the wait for Season 3 any less tourturous. Now, Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer are back for the first real Season 3 trailer, cruising Grindr, giving “Yas Queen” to Cynthia Nixon, and slowly but surely becoming one another.

We’re still a month out from the hotly-anticipated return of Broad City Season 3, but the new 2016 run is at least starting to take some shape. To that end, a punchy first teaser for Abbi and Ilana has emerged, along with additional guest stars, and a sense of what Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton will get up to with her fellow Queens.

It’s difficult to say if Trevor Noah has found his particular Daily Show groove after ascending the throne from Jon Stewart in September, but where Noah hasn’t generally shied away from challenging guests, at least one punch has been pulled. Following controversial announcements of a Chris Brown interview, The Daily Show appears to have quietly canceled the appearance.

The nineteenth season of South Park hasn’t been as politically charged in its last few outings, even as the revered Comedy Central cartoon continues its experiment with PC culture and continuity, but this Wednesday will land right back in the hot seat. Following Donald Trump, body shaming and yaoi, South Park will next take on issues of police brutality for Wednesday’s “Naughty Ninjas.”

After the first episode of a new show, especially the first episode of an old show with a new face, everyone is ready to deem it either fantastic or awful. Did Trevor Noah ruin Jon Stewart’s legacy? Is The Daily Show a completely different beast? Should we stop watching now that some random unknown guy is hosting? The answer to all of those is no, or at least, we have no idea yet. But after watching the young South African comedian’s debut in Stewart’s chair on Monday night, it’s refreshing to say he did a pretty good job, and only time will tell how well he can carry the show.
