Comic-Conan! We're just barely shaking off the workload from last year's Comic-Con 2013 as we prepare for the big show this summer, but it seems Conan O'Brien is making plans even further down the line. TBS will send the 'Conan' host to San Diego for an entire week of shows to correspond with Comic-Con, though sadly in 2015, rather than this year.
Former NBA stars have feelings, too. Charles Barkley may not be active on social media, but Shaquille O'Neal is, and when the over seven-foot-tall 'Kazaam' star uses it to make fun of Barkley, some retaliation is in order.
Everything's bigger in Texas -- including televised embarrassment. Conan O'Brien has decamped his entire show to Dallas for the week, and although he's been busy personally experiencing all kinds of fun things, from getting deputized to learning the ins and outs of Mary Kay product sales, he's also made room for his staff to have some fun, too!
"He's the sexiest motherf**cker alive!"
Do you have a 'Portlandia' fan in your life that's hard to buy for? Perhaps you've already purchased them every bird-adorned item you could possible find? 'Portlandia' stars and creators Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein have just the ticket for you -- it's a "hands on" and "do it yourself art book," and it will teach the people you love to crowd fund their baby, escape the boredom of rain, and stop conversations before they even start.
Conan O'Brien is worried about BuzzFeed -- specifically, he's worried about the quality of their trademark lists as of late. Sure, they're still exploring some classic topics, from Zac Efron to dogs to Legos, but there just seems to be something a bit troublesome about their recent list-making attempts.
Longtime 'Jeopardy' host Alex Trebek has a way with words ... or, at least, as Conan O'Brien imagines it, he has a way with saying his words. Trebek's consistent cadence makes it incredibly easy for Conan to splice together the game-show host's clues into a parody video of absolute gibberish, accompanied by a pack of slack-jawed contestants. Funny, right?
If Conan O'Brien's dedication to even just announcing that he will be hosting the 2014 MTV Movie Awards (a "lifelong dream," he screams) on last night's 'Conan' is any indication to what kind of pep he'll bring to the final show, well, audience members might want to clear the front row at the upcoming ceremony.
