New 'Django Unchained' TV Spots Sell the Movie From Every Angle

We're pretty sure that 'Django Unchained' is going to be awesome. After all, it's Quentin Tarantino making a racially charged western -- what could possibly go wrong? Like all of Tarantino's films, this one looks like it'll have a lot going on, so much that you can sell the film in a dozen different ways to a dozen different audiences and ultimately please them all. Much like how the latest trailer was completely different than the previous two, the latest TV spots are completely different than any of the others.

Quentin Tarantino is serious about this retirement business. The 'Django Unchained' director hinted that he might only have a few movies left in him and he's not just talking to hear himself talk. In a new interview, Tarantino insists he's almost ready to hang it up and talks about plans he has for the future.

'Django Unchained' is set to hit theaters in less than a month with the first press screenings scheduled to take place in about two weeks. But writer/director Quentin Tarantino is still hard at work and, after an early screening of the film, going back to the editing room to try and fix the film.

For the build up to the December 25 release of 'Django Unchained,' Quentin Tarantino has started to do interviews, and in one of his latest he listed the actors who might have been his Django were it not for Jamie Foxx. That list? Idris Elba, Chris Tucker, Terrence Howard, Michael K. Williams, Tyrese Gibson and Will Smith.

There may have been some worries that - after a year of seeing films shuffle from 2012 to 2013 - Quentin Tarantino's 'Django Unchained' wouldn't be hitting theaters on Christmas Day this year. But it looks like worrying time is over, as advertising is starting to bump up, and the film now has its own website.
