'Game of Thrones' season 3 may be premiering on Sunday March 31, but the long-awaited return of 'Doctor Who' has them beat premiering on the Saturday before with "The Bells of St. John"! Before The Doctor returns for new timey-wimey shenanigans, however, the BBC has released a slew of new materials from the second half of series 7, including two fantastic new trailers and movie posters of the first four episodes! Any 'Doctor Who' fan knows that the series has a history of turnover from both its lead and supporting characters, but it seemed especially off that rumors of new series star Jenna-Louise Coleman already plotting her exit had begun to make the rounds. Thankfully the actress has at least confirmed that Clara Oswin Oswald will indeed stick around through the inevitable 'Doctor Who' series 8, but will the next series be a long time coming?

For as long as 'Doctor Who' has been resurgent in the public consciousness, especially given the imminent 50th anniversary of the franchise, fans have clamored for the Time Lord to star in his own movie. There had been talk of rebooting the franchise as a film with 'Harry Potter' director David Yates, but now the truth of the matter has emerged. 'Doctor Who' will indeed see a movie airing this year, but one chronicling the real-life development of the franchise itself, with 'Harry Potter's' David Bradley appearing as original Doctor William Hartnell for 'An Adventure in Space and Time!'
