Most films that feature female friendship are more about the men in the lives of the women and how those ladies take solace in each other, but their conversations always revolve around men. We've had our "bromance" comedies, like 'I Love You, Man,' but what's the opposite of that? What's the term for a friendly romance between two ladies, as featured in 'For a Good Time, Call'?

As best as I understand them, here are the core comic principles guiding the new movie 'For a Good Time, Call...':
Phone sex is funny.
Watching men masturbate during phone sex is funnier.
Watching celebrity men masturbate during phone sex is the funniest thing since a clown slicing bread.
There's a decent joke in 'For a Good Time, Call...' but just one, and it's played over and over again (see: principle #1).

Whenever you're browsing through TV channels late at night you eventually come across the goofy and odd ads for a phone sex line you can call into. You imagine that one has to be pretty desperate for cash in order to sign up for one of those jobs. Lo and behold, here is Focus Features with a movie that deals with that subject in a more comedic way.
