You’d be forgiven to have not seen Amazon’s Sneaky Pete just yet, given its Amazon premiere this past Friday, original conception as a CBS show and multi-year development. Still, the new con man drama from the minds and stars of Justified is sneaking by with a second season, Bryan Cranston or no.
Last night saw FX's buzzworthy new hit series 'The Americans' closing out its first season in spectacular fashion with "The Colonel," nearly tearing its two leads apart as Phillip and Elizabeth Jennings (Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell) faced capture at the hands of missions gone haywire. With 'The Americans' season 2 guaranteed for 2014, the showrunners opened up on the Cold War to come, and which actors may or may not return the series.
After what had seemed like only a few weeks, 'Justified' season 4 officially put a cap on its arguably best season yet, closing out with last night's driven, if muted "Ghosts." Most of the season's major threads were well tied off even before the finale, leading to more character-driven final hours, but plenty of seeds were planted for the newly guaranteed season 5 as well. Series showrunner Graham Yost made the rounds to talk about the season at large, as well as the latest dish on season 5, so find out about the present and future of 'Justified' inside!
Now that 2013 is officially upon us, FX will soon quick-draw its fourth season of gunslinger drama 'Justified,' set to premiere on Tuesday, January 8. But before Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) gets us all involved in some serious gunplay, what can we expect from the new season? Series creator and Graham opens up on the new mystery that drives 'Justified' season 4, what characters we will and won't see, and when we might see the series' end. Spoilers await inside!
