The CW's 'Arrow' has gotten even less shy with incorporating major DC characters and memorable genre stars as guest actors in season 3, but bringing in Superman himself? Okay, so the man of steel isn't flying into Starling City any time soon, but 'Superman Returns' star Brandon Routh will at least pop up in a major recurring season 3 role as Ray Palmer, better known as DC superhero The Atom!

Among 'Arrow''s many adaptations of classic DC villains, few would argue that 'Salem' star Seth Gabel's Count Vertigo analogue "The Count" has proven the most off-target. The character had largely been dealt with by season 2, but it seems Vertigo will once again menace Starling City in season 3, this time courtesy of 'Fargo' and '22 Jump Street' star Peter Stormare!

Enter 'Real Steel' star Karl Yune, playing Oliver's Hong Kong handler and a DC character all his own when 'Arrow' season 3 takes aim this fall!

Now, the first major new addition of the season has arrived, as 'Sin City' star Devon Aoki joins 'Arrow' to carve Oliver into fighting form as the sword-slinging Tatsu Yamashiro, better known as DC's Katana!

Last week's penultimate ‘Arrow’ installment “Streets of Fire” saw Oliver and his team racing around the city to combat Slade's destructive army, while Malcolm Merlyn returned with a proposal for Thea, and Sebastian Blood had second thoughts about their reign of terror, so what does the twenty-third and final episode of ‘Arrow’ season 2 bring? Is all hope for Starling lost as Oliver Queen's second year comes to a close?

Arrow’ season 2 lets loose its twenty-second and penultimate episode of the year with “Streets of Fire,” as Oliver and his team race around the city to combat Slade's destructive army, while Malcolm Merlyn returns with a proposal for Thea, and Sebastian Blood begins having second thoughts about their reign of terror.
Last week's ‘Arrow’ installment “City of Blood” saw a mournful Oliver finding the strength to confront Slade, while the newly-elected Mayor Sebastian Blood (Kevin Alejandro) enacted his plan to lead an army into Starling, so what does the twenty-second episode of ‘Arrow’ season 2 bring?
