While NBC's Upfront presentations have delivered conclusive renewal and cancellation reports, as well as fall scheduling placements, 'Hannibal' fans have noted the absence of either a season 2 announcement or a place on the schedule in the immediate future. Hannibal’ serves up another course with its sixth (technically seventh) episode of the series “Sorbet,” as Will and Jack continue to hunt for the Chesapeake Ripper, finding instead a copycat organ thief, while Hannibal prepares a dinner party and spends time with his own therapist ('The X-Files' Gillian Anderson).

Oh, relax. Critics have been over the moon for NBC's darkly delicious Bryan Fuller drama 'Hannibal,' and while ratings have occasionally proven soft, most would agree 'Hannibal' has a good chance of returning for season 2. Less agreeable is that of infamous Utah broadcasting station KSL TV, which has flatly refused to air the NBC drama for its dark content. Find out about the latest 'Hannibal' scandal inside!

Though NBC's removal of last week's intended 'Hannibal' episode "Ceuf" over sensitive materials, and subsequent replacement with follow-up episode "Coquilles" had little impact on the narrative overall, fans of the series will no doubt seek to view the completed episode over NBC's truncated web-series version.
