As always, the extended Memorial Day weekend proved to be a busy couple of days at the box office, with 'Fast and Furious 6' shattering every expectation in its first three days of release (as we reported right here). Surprise! 'Iron Man 3' has made a lot of money. We know no one saw this coming but the juggernaut that is Marvel continues to truck on as 'Iron Man 3' officially passed $1 billion in worldwide box-office late last night making it the 16th biggest film of all time, passing 'Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone' and 'Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End' on the list. The only question left is...how high can it go?
If you remember last summer, Robert Downey, Jr. suffered an ankle injury while filming 'Iron Man 3' and the production hit some delays. We'll show you where and how below.
