Universal is releasing several sneak peeks and promos for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in the lead up to tomorrow’s debut of the first trailer. Today’s offering is arguably the best so far: A featurette that takes you behind the scenes of the upcoming sequel with director Juan Antonio Bayona, co-writer and producer Colin Trevorrow, and the cast — including Jeff Goldblum, making his highly-anticipated return to the franchise as Ian Malcolm.

Taika Waititi revealed that he initially filmed a credits scene with a bit more hopeful fate for the Grandmaster that had him and his bodyguard Topaz escaping on Thor’s giant spaceship with the rest of Asgard.

The special look at the sequel premiered during last night’s NFL season opener, and somewhat appropriately opens with Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster touting the “main event” — which is, of course, the gladiator-style battle between Thor and his work friend, Hulk. Oh, and also there’s a giant wolf?!

We’re not quite ready to say goodbye to Portlandia just yet, but thankfully, we have time. The ever-weird social satire will return for its eighth and final season in January, while the traditionally stacked guest roster now includes Tessa Thompson, Rachel Bloom and the Oh, Hello guys.
