Looks like Marc Maron’s garage is about to get a major overhaul, especially after closing down IFC’s Maron. The famed podcaster and comedian will take the male lead role of Netflix’s new women’s wrestling comedy GLOW, joining Alison Brie in the Jenji Kohan-created series.

We’ve seen Alison Brie bounce around a bit between TV and movies post-Community, and now the fan-favorite is finally back in the ring. Brie will lead Orange Is the New Black creator Jenji Kohan’s new ‘80s wrestling comedy GLOW, based on the real-life series.

Lest you think that three more seasons of Orange Is the New Black would keep creator Jenji Kohan locked up, the former Weeds boss is already eying another enclosure for Netflix - the ring. ‘80s women’s wrestling league G.L.O.W. will get a revival of sorts on the streaming outlet, reborn as a 10-episode comedy set within the real-life league.

'Orange Is the New Black' star Laura Prepon became the subject of a good deal of speculation around the second season of Netflix's breakout drama with reports suggesting she would appear in four out of the upcoming 13 episodes. Now, as an announcement of season 2's premiere looms, series creator Jenji Kohan stepped up to clarify Prepon's season 2 involvement, which apparently is much more than initially thought.

Well, this is a pleasant surprise! The first trailer for Netflix's upcoming original series 'Orange is the New Black' deftly won us over, and already the streaming service has shown a major vote of confidence with a second season order. The new series from 'Weeds' creator Jenji Kohan won't premiere until July 11, but what can we expect to see from the second season?
