"Everybody wants one!" In celebration (maybe?) of this week's long-in-the-making 'Dumb and Dumber,' star Jim Carrey decided to really spice up his appearance last night on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.' More precisely, he really wanted to Lloyd it up, doling out hideous Lloyd Christmas-styled bowl cuts to the good people of Hollywood Blvd. How could this possibly go wrong?

'Dumb and Dumber To' Clip Reveals a Wacky Cameo
This week we learned that Jennifer Lawrence opted to have her cameo cut from 'Dumb and Dumber To' for reasons that may become clear to you depending on how you feel when you see the film for yourself (or it may disappoint you if you end up enjoying it, like our own Mike Ryan). But there's one cameo that did remain in the film, and although it's a pretty big one, audiences won't be able to recognize the actor -- much like Cate Blanchett's cameo in 'Hot Fuzz.' The clip is now online and labeled merely as "Old Apartment," with nothing about the notable cameo mentioned at all.

‘Dumb and Dumber To': A Movie Made For 1994
The target audience for ‘Dumb and Dumber To’ is college-age kids from 1994. Now, by that, I don’t mean “people living in 2014 who went to college in the mid-‘90s.” I mean that it’s for someone who is in college right now and it’s also 1994. I’ve never seen a movie like ‘Dumb and Dumber To’ that is so unabashedly not from this time. It’s one of the best period pieces I’ve ever seen, even though the plot of the film is set in the present. The Farrelly brothers have successfully made a movie from 1994 in 2014.

Jim Carrey has plenty of trademark characters to trot out -- Ace Ventura, the Cable Guy, Fire Marshall Bill, the Riddler (wait, scratch that one) -- but the funny man seems to be quite recently endeared to a new, highly specific one: fellow actor Matthew McConaughey in his Lincoln commercials. Carrey debuted his take on the admittedly overly dreamy commercials during last week's 'Saturday Night Live,' but he's not done with it just yet.

Comic book fans surely remember the '90s. It was a strange time to be a superhero fan. A dark time. A time when Joel Schumacher was directing Batman movies and baffling the entire world. A decade before Christopher Nolan made 'Batman Begins,' Schumacher made 'Batman Forever,' which featured Jim Carrey as The Riddler and Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face. No one remembers either performance fondly, but it turns out that there's some pretty interesting stories regarding their casting. It turns out that Jones did not like Carrey. Like, at all.

This coming weekend's 'SNL' will already be one to watch, returning Chris Rock to the stage after nearly two decades away, alongside legendary musical guest Prince. If that weren't exciting enough, the formerly known as "formerly known as" artist will also make 'SNL' history, eschewing his two performance slots for one eight-minute uninterrupted jam session. Plus, check out a Mike O'Brien digital short deleted from last week's Jim Carrey installment!

When the sketch embedded above begins, you think you know what's going to happen. All of the 'SNL' cast members at the office Halloween party will show off their increasingly elaborate costumes and accompanying impressions. But no! What ends up happening is far stranger and more specific.

Yeah it is a little strange that a newly minted Oscar winner like Matthew McConaughey would be caught dead making television commercials for Lincoln cars. However, it did lead to a series of fake 'SNL' commercials featuring guest host Jim Carrey playing the 'Dallas Buyers Club' and 'True Detective' star, so who are we to complain?

The first time Jim Carrey hosted ‘SNL,’ back in 1996, is still one of the most popular in the show’s history. His return in 2011 featured jokes about the upcoming 2012 apocalypse (that never happened). Carrey’s third time as host – with this heavily-themed Halloween episode -- will be most remembered for an impression of a music video that you may or may not have ever seen. Hey, here’s an ‘SNL’ Scorecard, just for you…
