'Homeland's executive producer Howard Gordon and 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' writer Josh Friedman are combining their love of drama and robots for NBC, developing a high-concept mystery series set in humanity's future. NBC has certainly attempted its share of complex, layered sci-fi in recent years, but will a robot uprising be the next big buzz?
