You guys do know that George R.R. Martin has books that aren’t a part of the ‘Song of Ice and Fire’ series that serves as the basis for ‘Game of Thrones,’ right? Thanks to your devotion to HBO and Martin’s hit series, there’s another project in the works based on one of Martin’s books, but this time it’s a collection of short fantasy stories titled ‘In the Lost Lands,’ and it will star Milla Jovovich.
Like certain other spring series not to be named, ‘Orphan Black’ mercilessly teases us to wait for its return in the spring. We’d previously learned that ‘Shameless’ star Justin Chatwin would take a mysterious new season 3 role in 2015, but now the full details have been revealed, along with cast additions from ‘True Blood,’ ‘Black Swan,’ ‘Warehouse 13' and more.
Beloved clone drama ‘Orphan Black’ decoded a bit of its third season sequence with the recent teaser attached to the ‘Doctor Who’ finale, but most intel on the new adventures of Sarah, Cosima, Alison, Helena and Rachel has been heavily redacted. So it is with the BBC-A series’ latest season 3 addition, none other than ‘Shameless’ star Justin Chatwin!
The last look at 'Shameless' season 5 gave the sinful Showtime series some new footage to tide us over until January 11, but that doesn't stop the Gallaghers from serving up a fresh round of debauchery in the newest sneak peek. See the 'Shameless' crew take on both corporate and counter-culture in the first official season 5 poster, as well as a brand-new teaser with fresh footage and new looks!
Though only October, 2015 will soon be upon us, and with it the return of Showtime Sunday favorites like 'House of Lies' and 'Shameless.' And where the latter skewed a bit darker in season 4 (despite moving to the comedy section for Emmy purposes), the first full trailer for 'Shameless' season 5 sees Fiona and the Gallaghers returning to their destructive ways, with a few new (and returning) faces plenty visible.
Well, this seems surprisingly bleak. Showtime's 'Shameless' has proven to be no stranger to all manner of depravity, even some impressive violence, in its three seasons. However, it appears Justin Chatwin's series regular character, Jimmy Lishman/Steve, had a much more permanent exit than we expected at the climax of the season 3 finale, "Survival of the Fittest."
