Given that FX's 'Sons of Anarchy' has proved the cable network's biggest success to date, we weren't surprised to hear that series creator Kurt Sutter would continue his partnerhsip with the network by developing additional programs. In addition to the bizare killer clown comedy we'd earlier heard about, Sutter has begun development of supernatural drama 'Lucas Stand' with former 'Hell On Wheels' showrunner John Shiban for FX, but what's the new drama all about?

Just when you thought the uproar surrounding AMC's decision to renew 'The Walking Dead' for season 4 without show-runner Glen Mazzara had died down, 'Sons of Anarchy' creator Kurt Sutter has stoked the fires once again. Previously Sutter attacked AMC for their frequent show-runner turmoil, leading 'Walking Dead' creator and AMC executive producer Robert Kirkman to comment on Sutter's words over Twitter. Now, Sutter has gone positively nuclear, slamming both Kirkman and AMC for a lack of knowledge in show-running in his latest video blog entry. Will the madness never cease?

Because it just wouldn't be the holidays without all our loved ones squabbling with one another, the show-runners of our favorite TV series are at it again. Late last week brought the shocking news that 'The Walking Dead' showrunner Glen Mazzara would depart the series for the fourth season, followed by 'Sons of Anarchy' creator Kurt Sutter's profane public response to AMC. Earlier today the TV community was rocked by the news that while AMC had officially renewed 'The Walking Dead' for a fourth season, show-runner Glen Mazzara would resign from his post. Mazzara's departure marks the second show-runner shift for 'The Walking Dead' amid a host of other AMC showrunner conflicts, and now 'Sons of Anarchy' creator Kurt Sutter has publicly attacked AMC over the debacle. And so, yet another year has come to pass in Charming and 'Sons of Anarchy' has lain to rest its fifth season. Requiem, and terra pax, and so forth. But given the heartbreaking conclusion of last night's 'Sons of Anarchy' season 5 finale "J'ai Obtenu Cette," is there any hope on the horizon for SAMCRO? Sons of Anarchy’ season 5 comes to a screeching halt with its thirteenth and final episode of the year “J'ai Obtenu Cette,” as Jax prepares to hand Tig over to Damon Pope (Harold Perrineau), Nero fights to reclaim his old neighborhood, Clay finds his Ireland trip interrupted, and Tara faces a deadly obstacle in her efforts to leave Charming behind.
Last week’s ‘Sons of Anarchy’ episode “Darthy” saw Jax’ dangerously attempting to smooth over his transition between the Mexicans, Irish and Chinese, while Clay threw himself at the mercy of the club, and Tara found herself threatened both by Wendy (Drea Di Matteo) and U.S. Marshall Lee Toric (Donal Logue).  So, how does “J'ai Obtenu Cette”  Close out the season?  Does ‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 5′s finale mark the endgame for SAMCRO?

Earlier this morning, tragic and surprising news broke that one-time 'Sons of Anarchy' star Johnny Lewis had died in a bizarre incident where the actor beat his 81-year-old landlady to death, got in an altercation with several men and died in a fall from the home in which he'd rented a room. Though the investigation is still on-going, 'Sons of Ancarhy' creator Kurt Sutter has issued his own response to the news, for which he grieves, but claims not to be surprised by.

Fans of 'Sons of Anarchy' well know that the FX biker drama is famous for its shocking, often brutal violence, and last night's "Laying Pipe" was no exception.  Though series creator Kurt Sutter himself warned fans in advance of an impending tragedy, last night viewers said goodby to a fan-favorite character, one who it seems has long been destined for nothing but heartbreak at the hands of SAMCRO.  So, why does Sutter say the character had to go?
